Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your VocaStory account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account from inside the app, or — if you no longer have the app installed — by sending us an email request.

Option 1: Delete From Inside the App

1. Open the VocaStory app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data will be removed as described below.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process your request:

• Email: vocastory-support@pdev.cfd
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Include: the email address you use to sign in, so we can locate and verify your account.

We verify each request to protect against unauthorized deletion, then confirm by email once your account has been removed.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account and login credentials
• Child profiles (name/nickname, age group, story preferences)
• Voice recordings and any cloned voice models
• Generated stories and story content
• Play history and usage data

What Data Is Retained

Purchase and transaction records are retained where required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. These records do not include your voice data, child profiles, or story content. Subscription billing itself is managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — to stop future charges, cancel your subscription through your store account.

Deletion Timeline

Once your deletion request is confirmed, all personal data, voice data, stories, and child profiles are permanently deleted within 30 days. Retained purchase records are kept only for the retention period required by law.
